Because cleanliness is essential for accurate measuring, the cleaning module runs tools through an ultrasonic bath. After the bath, an airstream – adjusted according to tool length – then dries the tools. After the tools are cleaned and measured, the laser- marking module imparts static or dynamic data on to tool shanks or end faces.

Self-sharpening grains also reduce friction and prolong cut rates. Additional grinding aid further reduces heat for extended wear and reduced downtime. Designed for FlexMove conveyors, the Dry Cleaning Module provides continuous cleaning of conveyor chain for applications involving powder, dust and other dry contaminates, whereas the Wet Cleaning Module, which are designed for FlexMove stainless steel conveyors, provides uninterrupted cleaning of conveyor chain for applications with liquid, product overfill or package breakage.n
