Star AR Support Solutions

The Star AR solution is designed for ease of use. Customers may either rent AR glasses from Star Cutter or purchase their own set. When an incident occurs, an AR session is initiated through a service request and the connection made via wireless technologies. Connecting via a PC, the Star Cutter technician is able to see exactly what the operator is seeing on the machine, enabling remote training, immediate insight on machine tool issues, execution of simple maintenance tasks and assistance with applications setup.

A light tap on the touchscreen is sufficient to safely operate the digital comparators with most commercially available gloves. OB7 With OB Vision

Each of the OB7's joints can rotate 360 degrees in both directions. The cobot can sense collisions at every joint, a function that triggers a safe stop. The OB7 can also be stopped with an operator's hand and restarted with a tap on one of its joints. When running at collaborative speeds, guarding is not required. For high speed operations, a laser safety scanner is available.

TC430 Supreme Thread Former

TC420 Supreme Thread Former

The TC420 Supreme includes one configuration with chamfer form E, (M5–M16) for blind-hole threads up to 3.5 × DN, which uses an innovative combination of chamfer form E with axial internal coolant and without lubrication grooves.
