Each meter ships with the necessary hardware and tools for installation including drill bit, drill guide, and hex wrenches. The Pressure Sensing feature is available on 2 inch and 50 millimeter or larger flowmeters. They are available in standard units which display airflow values on a bright LED screen, with optional data logger to capture and manipulate the data.

The exceptionally smooth yet hard coating improves surface quality, which, in turn, significantly reduces torque requirements. Intended for blind hole and through hole threads and thread depths up to 3.5 x DN in steel, it has also shown good results in machining cast iron and aluminum.

The spiral fluted toolholders, with internal coolant bore, hold from one to three inserts and are available in comparably small cutting diameters.

Featuring multiple straight flutes designed for machining longer threads in small to large diameters, Carmex Precision Tools Slim MT inserts and toolholders deliver high productivity for a lower price. Constructed of an advanced carbide and coating combination for extended tool life, most of the inserts are double sided.
