The Star AR solution is designed for ease of use. Customers may either rent AR glasses from Star Cutter or purchase their own set. When an incident occurs, an AR session is initiated through a service request and the connection made via wireless technologies.

The TC430 Supreme thread former, specialized for ISO P materials, is for blind-hole and through-hole threads up to 3.5 x DN. Multiple coolant configurations are offered to best optimize performance—axial or radial coolant, with or without lubrication grooves. This HSS-E-PM thread former with AlCrN or TiN coating is available for both metric and metric fine threads.

The TC420 Supreme includes one configuration with chamfer form E, (M5–M16) for blind-hole threads up to 3.5 × DN, which uses an innovative combination of chamfer form E with axial internal coolant and without lubrication grooves. This new combination also improves the lubrication and, at the same time, reduces the torque by up to 30% – with a corresponding extension of tool life.

The Shop Tap pneumatic machine is a medium duty general purpose tapping machine. It provides variable mounting capabilities and has two different motor choices and a working area reach of 62 inches. It features a stationary bench, quick change tooling adapter and a vertical motor bracket.

The CoroTap T200 and T300 are optimized for ISO P1 and P2 steel workpiece materials, making them suitable for machining components in the automotive and general engineering industries. This includes crank shafts, steering knuckles, and general engineering components such as housings and flanges. Both tools are suitable for mass production.
