The round shank toolholders are designed to fit the cylindrical shank tool holders in most Swiss type lathes. Just as with the existing ModuMiniTurn square shank toolholders, the new round shank toolholders also features extremely high repeatability accuracy, which significantly reduces downtime.

The NEOTURN XNMG demonstrates excellent chip control and highly stable tool life in a wide range of applications. The holders accept CCGT3xx, DCGT3xx and VCGT2xx indexable inserts and provide a high level of indexing accuracy even when turning parts with tight tolerance specifications. The short head dimension enables short clamping and high stability. The shank dimensions are 12 mm × 12 mm and 16 mm × 16 mm.

The cutter heads are designed to meet nearly all requirements, offering ISO standard cutter heads with the SL-Serration Lock interface for various applications like longitudinal turning, roughing, profile turning, threading, and more.

The QC10 series offers an extensive selection of modular heads for applications including forward turning, back turning, grooving, parting, and thread turning. All modular heads have an internal coolant channel designed to deliver high pressure coolant precisely where it is needed, close to the cutting point. This improves chip control and also extends tool life.
