Designed for touch-trigger probing only, the CMM is capable of capturing precise measurements very rapidly, as it is able to deploy a motorised PH20 5-axis probe head from Renishaw for a three-fold increase in inspection speed. Continuous angular rotation and infinite positioning (similar to the company's top of the range REVO2 probing system) avoids having to move the machine's X, Y, and Z axes at high speed, minimising dynamic errors. For some measurements in a cycle, it is not necessary to move the linear axes at all. The results are better accuracy and repeatability.

L-Series Rigid Industrial Micro Fiberscopes

The durable construction of both L-Series models consists of a long, thin, and rigid stainless-steel tube body. The tube features a lens on one end and a light source (sold separately) on the other. The tube further contains an optical fiber bundle that transmits light from an external light source, thereby illuminating the area under inspection. The image is then transmitted by the fiberscope lens to an eyepiece or camera for remote viewing and diagnostics.

450kV Microfocus Inspection Systems

Two variants are available. The VOXLS 30 C 450 is ideal for inspecting tall samples such as a large turbine blade. The VOXLS 30 M 450 is defined by its ability to be equipped with an internal autoloader for holding multiple samples. They may be scanned without operator intervention, freeing up personnel for other duties and facilitating unattended operation overnight and at the weekend, resulting in a big increase in productivity.
