GN 1133 and GN 1135 Threaded Lifting Pins

The threaded lifting pins GN 1133 and GN 1135 function similarly to the GN 1130 lifting pins, which have been a popular JW Winco product for years. These new pins are each secured in place by four spring-loaded threaded elements (instead of balls). Pressing the spring-loaded aluminum button causes the elements to retract into the pin so that it can be inserted into a threaded hole.

Round Bumpers

The bumpers, commonly identified as RB-516 come in a variety of mounting options such as tapped hex shoulder and threaded, stud mount, and steel plate mounted. They come in black neoprene, white nitrile, or colored urethane. Diameters sizes run from ¾ in. to 2 ¼ in. with metric sizes available from 19-57 mm.

Standard and Lift-Check Die Flipping Hoist Rings

Die flipping hoist rings are available in both inch and metric dimensions as a standard or Lift-Check™ style that features a proprietary hex head bolt with Go / No-Go identification. The rings are CE Certified and constructed of alloy steel with a black oxide body and zinc plated (gold) shackle. All the rings are made in the USA, magnetic particle inspected, conform to ASME B30.26 and MIL-STD-209, and feature a 5:1 strength factor.

Castor Wheels

WDS Components' castor range extension includes a new stud fitting design with an M12 size threaded shaft that extends installation flexibility. The stud fitting design joins the existing bolt hole style, as well as a variety of castors with a plate fitting attachment. The castor design also includes a swivel wheel action, making them easy to operate across various surface types, as well as a foot-operated brake mechanism.

PM2 Pinion Series

The PM2 pinion option is available for gearboxes sizes 090 to 200 and, like the PM1 pinions, is available for a total of four gearbox series with a flanged output shaft: Among them is the PFHE coaxial planetary gearbox from the Economy Line, which comprises durable and powerful standard gearboxes with an excellent price/performance ratio. In the case of the Precision Line, which provides the high accuracy of precision gearboxes, these are the PSFN and PLFN coaxial planetary gearboxes and the space-saving WPSFN right-angle gearbox. All PM2 pinions are manufactured at the Neugart parent plant in Kippenheim, Baden.

EN 7802 Spur Gears, EN 7822 Gear Racks
