The compact stainless steel adjustable bracket can be installed into a customer's process. Operations requiring both hands to package, test or assemble parts now remain static free. The nozzle is equipped with an LED indicator to assure proper functionality while employing EXAIR-engineered air nozzles to maximize efficiency and meet OSHA requirements for sound level and dead-end pressure. Made from durable static dissipative polycarbonate and featuring a non-marring nozzle, the Intellistat assures its usefulness in applications such as PCB or electronics manufacturing.

The horizontal arrangement of the tool pockets greatly improves machinist safety. Traditional tool racks and carts keep tools in a vertical position with the cutter tip pointing up. This creates a risk of injury for operators when they need to reach over sharp edges to access other tools in the middle or back of the cart. The Tool Caddy design makes it easy and convenient for the operator to grab each toolholder without any risk of cuts, and it uses only about 4 square feet of floor space.

Thomson compact linear systems are appropriate for applications requiring high-accuracy linear axes in confined spaces, such as 3D printers, microscope stage managers, medical pipetting systems and semiconductor manufacturing. They are available with NEMA motor sizes between 14 and 23; stroke lengths of up to 40 in (1000 mm); and load capacities up to 2091 lbs (9300 N).

With CenterMaster, the user simply clamps a radio dial gauge into the workspace and sets it to the quill. The gauge and machine wirelessly communicate, automatically adjusting the holder along the X axis. The system then guides the operator through adjusting the Y axis via the machine's touchscreen display.

Quick release clamp fasteners help increase productivity by reducing set up times, eliminating errors in assembly and installation and simplifying procedures. They are ideal for frequent set ups, regularly or to reconfigure production equipment. Most specifically, these fasteners may be used in automation to attach conveyors, star wheels, guide plates, shooters, pushers, handling machine chucks, rotary blades and maintenance covers on machines, to name just a few applications. The clamps offer locating repeatability to +/- 0.1 mm.

There are two types of levers available for the E-Xtreme series enclosures. The standard C-type lever is made of a stainless-steel frame and polyamide handle, and it provides an IP65/IP66 protection degree. The E-Xtreme enclosures with the C-type lever are ideal for environments with salt mist, ultraviolet rays, corrosive chemicals, and frequent mating. The V-type lever is ideal for environments with higher humidity levels, lower temperatures with ice, and salt mist because it provides better waterproofing with IP66/IP67 protection rating thanks to its vertical closing movement. Also, the V-type lever is also more resistant to shocks, fire, and chemicals because the lever is made of full stainless steel without using any plastic components.

The u-tec patented changing system allows a standard ER output live tool to accept various adapters for different applications. This allows users the ability to have quick changeover of tools on almost any lathe or mill, using a single tool, without having to commit to a quick-change system on the initial purchase. A facemill adapter, for example, can be quickly positioned into the standard holder, without the need for a new tool purchase. This significantly reduces inventory costs as well as changeover time for the busy shop.

The PS2000 variants combine high-performance power supply units from Beckhoff with the ultra-fast EtherCAT communication standard. This allows the control system to directly process extensive measurement data and internal device diagnostics information and establish remote access to power supplies. It also provides advanced monitoring features for the DC output (for system monitoring) or the AC input (for source monitoring).

The miniature lead screw line is available with either standard or anti-backlash lead nuts to optimize positional accuracy, friction and repeatability. The anti-backlash lead nut design reduces friction between the nut and screw threads in order to optimize efficiency while still eliminating play between the lead screw and nut.

The swivel feet with a steel double bolt down base includes two screw holes enabling secure surface attachment. The threaded female design accepts inserts from M6 up to M16 while the foot diameter varies from 40mm to 100mm. The swivel joint allows 50° forward and backwards tilt across a 360° horizontal plane, providing flexible installation whatever the floor angle. This design is manufactured in durable steel with a nickel plating to resist corrosion and provide a bright finish.

XPlanar now provides greater traceability through ID technology integrated into the mover bumper. The ID functionality enables unique identification of XPlanar movers by reading the mover's individual serial number. The ID bumper is easy to mount or retrofit on movers already in the field, and it requires no additional hardware. This solution makes it possible to seamlessly track movers and the products they carry – even after system shutdown and restart. The bumper ID also eliminates the need for homing at system startup with appropriate programming.

The soft closing design is especially suitable for applications with frequent opening and closing, thanks to the self-extinguishing UL-approved thermoplastic locking lever component that significantly reduces friction and wear when it slides on the pegs. The stainless-steel core then intervenes to ensure higher resistance against various mechanical stresses and vibrations from harsh industrial environments.
