BLM Group USA has announced the enhancement of its E-Form tube end forming machine with a fully CNC electric rolling device providing maximum precision and repeatability in part production. The punches of the E-Form reach up to 10 tons of force, molding tubes up to 30mm in diameter of various materials such as copper. aluminum, iron or stainless steel.

Grob Systems offers its G-Series universal mill/turn machining centers. The G-Series, which includes the G350, G550 and G750 5-axis universal machining centers, offers limitless possibilities for milling parts made of the most diverse materials.

A fully integrated on-board cutter resharpening unit is now available for Gleason vertical Power Skiving machines, allowing for the completely automated resharpening of cutters used in the production of both soft and hardened gears up to 600 mm in workpiece diameter.

YG-1 has launched four new solid-carbide fiberglass routers for CNC or hand routers to handle every machining process for fiberglass and other high-performance fibers from start to finish. INDEX has announced the launch of its next generation MS32-6 multiple-spindle automatic lathe. This newest version of the six-spindle machine brings the benefits of multispindle technology to a broader range of applications thanks to a flexible tool slide platform that greatly reduces changeover times.

BLM Group USA's Twincut is a CNC tube sawing machine capable of cutting parts in two different lengths simultaneously. Equipped with an automatic feeder, bars are loaded and cut, and then finished parts are unloaded automatically for a continuous, high productivity operation. The double bar configuration more than doubles output, guaranteeing the lowest possible part cost.

For jet engine and power generation turbine blades up to 1.4 meters in length, the Liechti Turbomill 1400 g from GF Machining Solutions produces high-quality finished part surfaces that require minimal polishing and less benchwork than those processed on general-application machines.
