Milling Cutters

Milling heads mount to a variety of available shank lengths for even greater versatility, with short and long- reach capability for a variety of overhang lengths. Head changes only require a simple turn of a wrench, eliminating the need to remove the holder from the machine to change the cutter.

ISCAR introduces small diameter milling cutters with indexable inserts in the diameter range of 6 mm to 12 mm. These new tools provide an excellent alternative for other solid carbide endmills intended for diverse applications such as shoulder milling, pocketing, slotting and more.

Walter has introduced the Xtra·tec® XT M5460, a new profile milling cutter that delivers maximum precision, tool life, and surface quality in precise machining of freeform surfaces and deep cavities.

New carbide milling cutters from Guhring for soft, tough and high-alloy materials. With a 12° rake angle, RF100 Sharp end mills are excellent at shearing gummy materials and feature reduced cutting forces. Available as standard tooling from 1/16" diameter to 1" diameter, in two lengths - also metric sizes.

AddForceBarrel uses inserts whose cutting edges have a large-radius arc of either 20 mm (.787″) or 30 mm (1.181″), designed for semi-finish profiling of 3D surfaces. Just like the TungMeister's barrel milling heads, AddForceBarrel provides much greater engagement area between the cutting edge and workpiece when compared with conventional ballnose end mills.

The MP060 face milling cutter with a great number of teeth (z) between 10 and 22, and with diameters from 40 mm, can be used for roughing and finishing large surfaces and flat shoulders.
