TungMeister is designed to reduce a significant amount of tool changeover time through the ability to replace used heads instead of an entire tool. Since it takes no more than one minute for tool exchange, setup time can significantly be reduced to as short as one tenth of the time it would typically take to replace solid carbide end mills for maximum productivity and cost effectiveness.

The additional cutter designs feature a smaller 5mm D.O.C. insert size with the same cost-efficient, double-sided, 6-edge design from the M-SIX line.

With fixed and adjustable pocket seats, the new milling cutter provides the option for semi-finishing as well as fine-finishing applications, exceeding the highest surface quality requirements. With this collaboration, Mastercam users can download both inch and metric SGS round solid carbide cutting tool libraries from the Mastercam Tech Exchange. The native Mastercam 3D tool databases are fully compatible with Mastercam 2020 and subsequent releases. These offer the latest KSPT innovations and SGS product introductions, including their latest Z-Carb HPR roughing line and H-Carb end mills for Dynamic Milling.

MillQuadFeed is a new generation of high feed milling cutters, offering two options of insert geometries that cover various high feed milling application needs. Versatile ZER geometry generates light cutting load at great depths of cut, enabling increased cutting depths and reduced number of machining passes.

The MEAS provides you with a broad range of applications from facing, shouldering, slotting, and profiling to pocketing, ramping and plunging. The sharp insert designs feature Kyocera's proprietary hydrogen-free DLC coated PDL025 grade to maintain excellent wear resistance in aluminum.

The MC025 Advance is available in diameters from 1/8-1 in. (1-25 mm). A single grade is offered for universal applications for steel, stainless steel, cast iron and materials with difficult cutting properties as well as its ability to lower inventory costs.The MD025 Supreme solid carbide milling cutter boasts a high number of teeth for maximum productivity and high-feed face geometry.

This system features a highly accurate geometry with the most positive helix angle possible to reduce the likelihood of surface mismatches and enable impressive 90-degree angle accuracy. With such precision, finishing cycle times are significantly shortened or, in some cases, completely eliminated.

The two new machines, models MTV 1000 and MTV 1250 offering 8,000 rpm/700 ft lbs. of torque and 4,500 rpm/1,200 ft lbs. plus 200 bar/3,000 psi high pressure coolant for integrated turning, are joining the STC-MTV family of horizontal machining centers.

These three Duratomic grades feature innovations based on world-leading coating chemistry developments adapted to manufacturers' application needs. In addition to offering superior mechanical and thermal properties, this coating also provides the chrome-colored Used-Edge Detection technology, which makes every edge count and reduces potential waste.

The mill is best suited to machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous material and materials with difficult cutting properties. This wide range of uses results in lower tooling and administrative costs, as does the fact that its 90° approach angle dramatically decreases the need for finishing operations.

Designed for slotting operations between 4-12 mm and cutting-off operations from 4-8 mm, the 335.18 and 335.19 cutters are available in metric diameters ranging from 32 mm to 125 mm. Inch diameters range from 1.25" to 4" with widths from 0.156" to 0.50".
