The Diatool easyZERO runout compensation nut from Monaghan Tooling quickly and easily corrects runout errors and misalignment for all round tools using ER collets – ER16 to ER40.
Simply replace existing ER collet chuck nut with easyZERO runout compensation nut. The easyZERO nut features six adjustment screws that allow for up to .0011” runout to be dialed out in seconds. This unique technology holds tighter tolerances and produces better surface finishes. Tool life is increased since all cutting edges equally share the chip load – concentric cutting means consistent tool wear.
With the ability to rapidly dial in runout with complete control, users spend less time tapping on the side of the tool and resetting tools and collets. Overall efficiency is increased, machining costs are lowered, and scrap is reduced with easyZERO.
