FOX HE 1000 Electrostatic Oil Mist Collector

The LNS FOX HE 1000 electrostatic oil mist collector eliminates mist, smoke and odors from wet machining operations that use straight oil. The new addition provides filtration levels of 98.3% and above to exceed OSHA and NIOSH Industrial air quality standards. An optional HEPA filter kit uses recyclable E11 filter media for even greater results.

Designed and manufactured by LNS for easy maintenance, the HE 1000 filters typically require cleaning once or twice each year and the variable speed motor enables infinite airflow for any application, thus further reducing maintenance.

The HE 1000 electrostatic oil mist collector compliments the existing LNS FOX air filtration product line that includes the WS 2 and WM Series multi-stage oil/coolant mist collectors for all machine types and processes using water-soluble, synthetic or neat oil coolants to achieve 99% filtration, and the LNS ChipBLASTER MB Series for water-based applications. All LNS FOX oil/mist collectors exceed OSHA air quality standards.
