VpCI-395 Epoxy Primer
VpCI(r)-395 is Cortec's most durable anticorrosion primer. It not only promotes good surface adhesion between the metal and topcoats, but it also has greater strength as a 2K (two-component) primer. The extra effort that goes into mixing two parts together at the jobsite translates into greater durability because it allows crosslinking, i.e., greater chemical bonding, between the active ingredients in the primer.
Combination Bench Lathe and Mill
The 11-inch bench engine lathe and gear head mill is able to handle a wide range of turning, milling and drilling operations typically found on much larger machinery. Constructed from heavy cast iron, its smooth power transmission with precision thrust and ball bearings in the head stock and spindles are designed to provide years of trouble-free operation.
Rush highlights balancing and wheel dressing truing machines
Rush Machinery will showcase a balancing machine and a wheel truing and dressing machine at the 2022 International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), being held at Chicago's McCormick Place from September 12–17. Rush Machinery can be found in Booth 237233.
Rigibore’s Zenith ActiveEdge adjusts automatically
Rigibore's Zenith ActiveEdge adjusts automatically from your measurement data, ensuring perfect bores with zero downtime. ActiveEdge tools are micron accurate in diameter (0.001) (0.00004") so even the tightest of tolerances can be met effortlessly. Save money by increasing production and eliminating scrap, with ActiveEdge technology.
Risk Detected and Averted: Cutting Insert Warns Before Breakage
Selecting the right insert to machine the wide variety of steel materials can be challenging. To make machining steel easier to navigate, CERATIZIT has rethought everything about its new ISO-P turning insert. From the substrate to the geometries, right through to the Dragonskin coating, CERATIZIT inserts ensure that you are prepared for every steel turning challenge.
M50 MILLTURN
The multifunctional turning-boring-milling center is designed for complete machining of complex chuck and shaft parts up to 670 mm swing over bed. Turning, milling, drilling, hobbing, shaping, gun drilling as well as ID machining can be performed under any angle of the tool. The interpolation of up to 5 axes makes machining of any geometrical profile possible. Large safety windows provide the best possible overview of the working area.
KYHK15B Ceramic Turning Grade
KYHK15B provides excellent edge stability, high chipping resistance, and a PVD gold coating makes wear progression identification very easy. From smooth and varying depths of cut to heavy depths of cut, KYHK15B can be an economic alternative to PcBN inserts.
