ALTEMP Q NB 50 Lubricating Paste

Klüber Lubrication offers ALTEMP Q NB 50, a white/beige lubricating paste containing a mineral base oil, a barium complex soap and inorganic solid lubricants. ALTEMP Q NB 50 is used as a universal assembly paste, offering benefits especially in friction points with small to minimum motion under high static and dynamic loads.

Royal Chuck Stop

The Royal Chuck Stop provides a simple, consistent method for locating short parts in a 3-jaw lathe chuck. The chuck stop enables short parts to project beyond the chuck jaws, providing clearance for facing operations.

Force Gauge

American Workholding Inc. offers Force Gauge, an effective, lightweight, mostly hand-held, direct-reading gauge. It gives an operator, setup man or quality control individual an instant and accurate reading of actual lbs/tonnage force data for many shop floor situations.

VL 3 DUO Twin-Spindle Vertical Pickup Turning Machine

When EMAG launched the new TrackMotion automation system in 2015, it quickly became apparent that it not only focused on transporting parts, but on the perfect combination of machine tool, raw parts storage facility and a standard automation solution to create a highly efficient production line. The consistent adjustment of the automation to the modular machines from its internal production makes it possible to create manufacturing systems using a modular kit. So it will come as no surprise that EMAG is now unveiling another world first, a direct development of the modular machines in combination with the TrackMotion automation system – the VL 3 DUO.

Customized NF-650 Air Chuck

A customer came to Northfield Precision Instrument Corp. to design a chuck that would allow its precision sprocket to be positioned in the chuck only one way in order to assure a properly timed gear part. It would have to work with a range of gear diameters. Northfield’s engineers customized the NF-650 air chuck with special tooling to meet these requirements.

MTS 2.0 (Modular Tooling System)

With total monitoring feedback, a maximum clamping power of 20,000 N and enhanced precision, the new MTS 2.0 (Modular Tooling System) fulfills even the most exacting machining demands. The use of state-of-the-art ceramic lock balls combined with innovative springs increase clamping power while allowing an opening pressure of only 6 bar.
