Ceratizit Introduces WTX, First Four-Fluted Drill

Video demonstrates WTX-HFDS Solid Carbide Drills with applications including grey cast iron with spheroidal graphite and at tolerances of H7. The unique four-flute design of the WTX enables extremely high feeds in steel processing with quick chip removal. The distribution of force to four cutting edges, four continuous spiral-through coolant holes and new CERATIZIT Dragonskin Coating all result in a longer tool life.

Screw Jack

AMF presents a flexible, modular screw jack. Various elements can be assembled securely up to the required height in order to fix large and medium-sized components in T-slots and grid plates. The burnished modules made of tempered steel are reliably connected with a threaded ring and allow great flexibility during assembly.

MECHT

The MECHT's unique holder design features a multi-stage insert combination for increased stability, rigid body for increased reliability, and coolant holes over each insert for excellent chip evacuation.
