AP&T's engineers have equipped the press with a closed, robust hydraulic system with a small oil volume and few components. Thanks to the modular system, each press can be optimized to use one or more cylinders depending on the application. The new version of AP&T's servohydraulic press is suitable for embossing heat exchanger plates and fuel cell plates, transfer applications and progressive die stamping, as well as for most types of drawing operations.

Decentralized I/O systems are an important component for flexible and modular automation solutions. Equipped with protection type IP67 and robust die cast zinc housing, the new remote I/O module PDP67 PN is ideally suited for positioning directly on the machine. Even outside the control cabinet it provides reliable safety at temperatures of -30°C to 70°C.

When compared to competing drills, the DC180 Supreme has a tool life that is about 50% longer. An additional benefit for the DC180 drill is universal application at the highest cutting speeds. The drill is suitable for high production volume applications with a large number of holes, such as in the automotive industry. The primary applications for the DC183 Supreme solid carbide drill are machining steel, cast iron and non-ferrous materials (ISO P, K and N). The secondary applications are super alloys and stainless-steel materials (ISO S and M). The main targeted areas of use are automotive, aviation and energy industries, mold and die making, and general mechanical engineering.

Dia-Strip and Dia-Sheet lapping and polishing film incorporates pure virgin diamond powders in their highest concentrated forms. This slows for maximum material strength, durability, and performance. The powders are first expertly graded for uniformity, and then held into place by a thin nickel. With this approach, 90% of the grains are left exposed for cutting, yet are unable to escape the film due to the strength of the bonding agent. This unique construction makes Dia-Sheets and Dia-Strips highly durable, yet also flexible, bendable, and formable. 

Die flipping hoist rings are available in both inch and metric dimensions as a standard or Lift-Check™ style that features a proprietary hex head bolt with Go / No-Go identification.  The rings are CE Certified and constructed of alloy steel with a black oxide body and zinc plated (gold) shackle.  All the rings are made in the USA, magnetic particle inspected, conform to ASME B30.26 and MIL-STD-209, and feature a 5:1 strength factor.
