Artec 3D Handheld Scanners with HD Mode

Powered by Artec 3D‘s AI neural engine, users can obtain sharp 3D scans with a resolution of up to 0.2 mm. Trained on hundreds of thousands of carefully selected samples, the engine’s neural network detects familiar patterns, surface details and shapes. This allows the 3D scanner to reconstruct a higher number of polygons per frame, resulting in 3D data that’s both denser and higher quality. Now, the desired HD density can be selected from a standard 1X density up to 36X for Eva  (~3 mln polygons per frame) and 64X for Leo (~5 mln polygons per frame).

CD2000 Integrated Camera Display

The 12.5-inch, anti-glare screen has a maximum resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels with parameter adjustments such as exposure, white balance, and resolution. Other adjustments include freeze, sharpness, record mode, language settings, formatting, color, spectrum image quality, fast preview, image rotation, and customized crosslines, grids, and concentric circles.

EL51xx EtherCAT Terminals

The new EtherCAT Terminals acquire incremental signals with high frequencies up to 5 MHz and feature many parameterization options and integrated functions that enable optimum adaptation to control tasks. Each terminal offers an integrated sensor supply, which is parameterizable to 5, 12 or 24 V. Users can easily connect encoders with differential RS422, 5 V TTL or open collector interfaces. Based on internal pull-up resistors, no external wiring is required for open collector analysis.

SPEETEC

Slip-resistant, without measuring elements, without damaging sensitive surfaces and without wear and tear on tactile sensor elements – the SPEETEC® from SICK is an innovative, non-contact sensor for speed and length measurement of objects moving in a linear path.

FORMTRACER Avant Series

The FORMTRACER Avant is a revolutionary hybrid measuring system that measures advanced contour and surface roughness features with high precision, speed, flexibility and efficiency in one machine. “Hot swapping” heads along with an inclining X-axis drive, double-sided conical stylus for continuous measurements of upper/lower surfaces, and a wide variety of optional accessories to measure nearly any type of workpiece makes the Avant Series one of the most versatile machines of its type.

GARANT VG Basic

On the new GARANT VG Basic pre-setting device, both the X and Z axes can be moved by up to 400 millimeters using a pneumatic quick adjustment device. This requires a compressed air supply of at least 73 psi. When an additional fine adjustment is made, the two axes can be positioned accurately enough that the exact tool dimensions can be determined using the robust measuring system and the high-performance CMOS color camera with 17x magnification.

Verisurf 2020 Software

Verisurf 2020 is the latest release of the popular measurement software for automated quality inspection and reporting, 3D scanning and reverse engineering, tool building and assembly guidance. Enhancements in the 2020 release include an array of reverse engineering tools with new Quick Surface modeling option, expanded device support to keep up with emerging measurement and data capture technologies, added productivity features, based on ongoing customer feedback, and many features designed to support efficient measurement workflows.

RS6 Laser Scanner

Built using SHINE technology (Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Elimination), the RS6 laser scanner always delivers full scanning performance, even on the most challenging surfaces. Whether it’s a glossy black plastic automotive body part or a molded carbon-fiber component, this scanner scans without any reduction in quality or productivity. Furthermore, SHINE allows users to scan 99% of parts without touching the scanner exposure.

LabAmp 5167A and 5165A Laboratory Charge Amplifiers

LabAmp 5167A and 5165A – that combine high signal quality with exceptional flexibility, state-of-the-art operability and excellent connectivity. Low noise, a broad measuring range and wide-ranging filter options open up virtually unlimited possibilities for measurements. Also, multiple LabAmp devices can be combined with one another: for example, measurement values from dynamometers can be evaluated in correlation with those from accelerometers.
