Extend the life and performance of carbide and HSS cutting tools dramatically by honing their edges and polishing their flutes. These hard materials are still susceptible to breakage. Edge prep processes have been shown to make cutting tools significantly less brittle.

Engineered for industrial liquid buffing compounds, the LeaSpray HP spray gun is similar to other powder coating and painting guns, but it has a versatile design that fits all types of control systems and applications, including hand, automatic and robotic applications.

Versatile dual-head buffer/polishing lathes from Palmgren can handle the most-demanding polishing applications, as well as fine detailing work. Available in 12” and 16” models, the two-speed buffer provides fast and effective deburring, finishing, graining, surface conditioning, polishing and buffing.
