The carabiner and lanyard kit removes the potential of dropping items in areas with an increased safety risk, or above environments where retrieval would be time consuming, difficult or impossible. As a result, the system makes working safer, faster and removes the danger and cost associated with losing tools and equipment. The kit is intended for applications involving working at height or environments such as marine. The carabiner and lanyard kit can also be used to remove the risk of an operator becoming separated from machinery, such as connecting a pilot of a boat or jet ski to a kill switch.

The Milwaukee Safety Helmets are designed to give users better protection by offering protection from both top and side impacts. The helmets are BOLT compatible with four BOLT accessory slots and two universal accessory slots, allowing users to adapt to their jobsite and easily attach additional personal protective equipment and accessories. Additionally, the helmets include a BOLT Headlamp Mount that is suitable for most headlamps and a BOLT Marker clip so users can attach and easily access pens, pencils, and markers.  

The i.cee:local sensor from igus optimizes the life of the system, detects faults, allows them to be fixed at an early stage and allows for maintenance to be planned in advance. With its multi-connectivity, i.Cee:local can be integrated via the internet or without IoT connectivity via the local network, depending on customer requirements.

In addition to the microSD card, the solution includes the ‘iShield Camera Card Tool’ (iCCT) software, which is a free download from the Swissbit website. With iCCT, the card's security settings are activated via the computer before it is used for the first time. The user PIN is also set here. The card is then ready to deploy and will reliably capture all recorded camera data. iShield Camera supports Loop Recording, where a camera deletes the oldest recordings to make room for new data.

The scanGrid2 safely detects objects of a variety of sizes within the freely configurable protective field zones, can evaluate multiple fields, and can execute configurable monitoring cases. A warning field zone extending up to four meters beyond the safe working range can be employed for non-safety actions.

The Hard Cap Gel Knee Pads are built with a secure gel zone to provide better comfort and create a contoured fit to the user’s knees. Constructed with thick comfortable foam and durable caps, these knee pads are designed for extended wear and can withstand a variety of surfaces.

The Surveyor’s Safety Vests are designed with full, tear resistant woven construction for maximum durability to survive the most rugged environments and built to carry more with 27 pockets. The Surveyor’s Vests are Type R Class 2 Rated** and recommended when working in environments requiring additional visibility, when working around heavy machinery or traffic traveling under 50 MPH. The vests are offered in both yellow and orange color variations. 

The Flexi Compact safety controller offers users in the machine building sector improved usability in many areas. The modular hardware platform enables integration in a flexible, application-appropriate, and cost-efficient manner. If the demands on the safety controller increase, it can subsequently be adapted or extended by up to 12 modules. The Safety Designer engineering tool with its certified function blocks guarantees intuitive, fast, and easy configuration and documentation of the safety logic via drag and drop.

These new Bluetooth products maintain ISOtunes’ SafeMax Technology while introducing enhancements in design and functionality. Unlike most headphones, all ISOtunes headphones limit the volume to 85 decibels (dB) and offer a noise reduction rating (NRR) between 22 and 29 dB, making them OSHA and NIOSH compliant.
