Safety Resource Microsite

Educational content on the new Online Safety Resource includes Safety Data Sheets which are accessed by entering the UPC code found on Norton products. Safety Guides for Norton’s most popular products such as Grinding Wheels, Portable Wheels and Coated/ Non-Woven Abrasives are offered. Ten informative Safety Videos cover a range of applications including using form belts, precision grinding and dressing, guard conversions on right angle grinders, wheel mounting, abrasives use on railroads and in foundries, and grinding wheel safety presented in English, Spanish and French.

FOX HE 1000 Electrostatic Oil Mist Collector

Designed and manufactured by LNS for easy maintenance, the HE 1000 filters typically require cleaning once or twice each year and the variable speed motor enables infinite airflow for any application, thus further reducing maintenance. The HE 1000 electrostatic oil mist collector compliments the existing LNS FOX air filtration product line that includes the WS 2 and WM Series multi-stage oil/coolant mist collectors for all machine types and processes using water-soluble, synthetic or neat oil coolants to achieve 99% filtration, and the LNS ChipBLASTER MB Series for water-based applications.

Senturion

Senturion is a powerful dust collector that has been optimized for the volume and type of dust produced by fiber laser cutting. Fiber lasers produce large volumes of very fine particulates moving at high velocities within the laser enclosure. This dust can become deeply embedded in the filter media, making it difficult to pulse off and causing premature filter loading.

PeopleCounter (PeCo) SensorApp

The PeopleCounter (PeCo) is a SensorApp developed by SICK that enables anonymous data processing and differentiation of people from objects over large detection areas. Based on the hardware of the MRS1000 3D LiDAR sensor, measurement data generates as a point cloud. The integrated PeopleCounter app reliably identifies people using their contours. This means it only counts people above the height of 1.4 meters, while objects are not counted.

LNS Fox SC2 330 Spray Cabin

The LNS Fox SC2 330 Spray Cabin has a high-efficiency filtration system that eliminates more than 99% of contaminants (Afnor 440060). A powerful, low-noise, single-phase fan motor draws air at 344 CFM through a washable pre-filter and then through the long-life, easily accessible main filter. An acrylic visor helps protect operators from oil and debris spray. 

Neck Gaiter

Made from a moisture-wicking, breathable blend of lightweight polyester and spandex, the Gaiter is designed to keep users dry and comfortable all day with UPF 50+ sun protection and odor-resistant technology. The Gaiter can be worn as a face covering, headband, neck guard, or any other adaptable solution. The Neck Gaiter is washer and dryer safe and will be available in three colors – Gray, Hi-Vis, and Red. 

Face Shield

The new HAIMER Face Shield that helps to minimize the spread of illnesses while being extremely comfortable to wear. The adjustable visor is made of high quality plastic which allows for repeatable use. Because of this, the product is sustainable and environmentally friendly through easily replaceable visors and head cushions. It also fulfills PSA Regulation (EU) 2016/425 category II, respectively requirements of eye protection according to EN 166:2001, ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020, CSA Z94.3:20 to protect against droplets and splashes (partly applied). 

Corner Canopy Hoods

The canopy hood is molded one piece seamless of advanced composite resins that have superior chemical and corrosion resistance, are flame retardant and lightweight for a NO RUST guarantee. The corner canopy can either be wall mounted or suspended from the ceiling and can be equipped with optional side wall panels to prevent cross drafts from affecting the containment of fumes. Standard wall and island canopy hoods are also available both in composite resin and stainless steel.

CleanAirTower

In the new CleanAirTower, KEMPER has completely redesigned the head of the filter tower. Extraction openings are no longer located circumferentially on the side, but in the cover of the general ventilation system. A new tornado principle at the head of the filter tower ensures that the contaminated air is drawn in with a very high degree of efficiency. The optimisation also changes the design of the filter tower head. The element can be retrofitted in existing systems.
