Pipe Saws and Bevelers

A full range of pneumatic saws and pipe machining tools that can cut all types of pipe, regardless of size and material, and prepare them for welding are available from Esco Tool. Esco MILLHOG APS-438 Saws are offered in standard and low radial clearance models with mounting tracks and accessories to cut tube and pipe up to 60” O.D. and 4.75” thick, including all schedules of P-91 Super Duplex stainless steel.

Vollmer of America's CHD270 is a sharpening machine with 8 CNC-controlled axes and a measurement device, and it's intended for the automatic machining of carbide-tipped circular saw blades with various diameters and tooth geometries on face and top. 

BITEC PLUS Saw Blade

Simonds Saw has introduced a bandsaw blade designed to provide low vibration and high efficiency cutting of steel grating applications. The new BITEC PLUS blade, manufactured by Simonds’ partner WESPA in Germany, features a wide band in a variety of widths from 1.25” to 2.0”, which provides maximum beam strength for higher blade tension and cutting rates, making it less susceptible to damage.

Fullerton Tool Co. completes expansion

When the Fullerton Tool Co., Saginaw, Mich., says it is "a growing industry leader in quality solid carbide cutting tools," the claim isn't just poetic prose from a public relations agency. The privately owned business, which has been located in Saginaw for almost 75 years, recently opened a second plant—Fullerton West—located in Thomas Township in the Great Lakes Technology Park.
