IMSce for Mastercam

IMSce for Mastercam combines IMS G-code emulation with the ModuleWorks simulation and post processing technology to provide a G-code parsing solution that connects directly to Mastercam. The solution enables Mastercam users to simulate and verify G-code including controller variables, subprograms, expressions and canned cycles for a wide range of machine tools before the workpiece is mounted on the machine.

HxGN Machine Trainer

HxGN Machine Trainer is based on the new generation of NCSIMUL and I++simulation software, combining software and hardware to create a solution that is practical and easy to learn. Based on modeled machine kinematic Digital Twins, the HxGN Machine Trainer presents numerous learning opportunities using realistic simulations for 3-to-5 axis milling, mill-turn and CMM operation. Specific situations such as collisions or machine restarts can be emulated to mimic operational or emergency procedures.

FlexiumPro CNC Platform

FlexiumPro’s Real-Time Kernel (RTK) hosts an embedded Codesys V3 PLC and a CNC unit. Based on a multi-core ARM processor, the RTK is implemented using advanced system-on-chip (SoC) technology. The tightly integrated nature of this technology helps to significantly reduce the component count, resulting in improved system reliability and compactness. The single-board and fan-less design of the RTK unit is only 25 mm wide.

ACU-RITE Adapter

The PCBA was developed to allow ACU-RITE controls users to define and order a TNC 320 for small machine tool applications (i.e., VMC with tool changer) as a simple upgrade. This new system includes the PCBA adapter, a TNC 320 control and a complete AC package (motors, drives and electrical cabinet).

Desktop CNC 4th Axis Accessory

The Bantam Tools Desktop CNC 4th Axis Accessory is designed to be a beginner-friendly accessory that expands machining capabilities to include 4th axis machining. Flexium Software With Enhanced RTCP (Rotation Tool Center Point) Function

NUM’s basic RTCP function, invoked by ISO code G151, offers a number of user-specified variants. The function can be activated with an inclined coordinate system or after a positioning move. In either case, the CNC system automatically calculates the mechanical offset to ensure that the tool center point is always in touch with the defined workpiece surface while the rotary axes are moving. The RTCP function can also be activated by the actual positions of the rotary axes.

ModuleWorks Integrated Into CNC Controls

Integrated directly into the HMI, ModuleWorks machine simulation enhances the Mitsubishi controls with high-performance multi-axis milling and turning simulation including gouge and deviation analysis and collision detection with manual or automatic refinement of the simulation result. Workpiece coloring according to the sequence provides convenient visual analysis and enables operators to immediately identify and prevent potential collisions for safe and cost-effective machining.

CNC Offset Manager Software

CNC Offset Manager runs on Windows and is networked to the Mitsubishi Electric CNC via Ethernet. It also has a feature that allows other automation software or systems to interface with the CNC to fully automate the offset management process, or make the changes from a central cell-management software. This allows software companies to interface their software with Mitsubishi Electric CNC for automation and remote offset management, and allows manufacturers with CNC equipment to automate their machine-tending CNC cells and testing or measuring equipment, or centralize the offset management operation so operators and floor workers can work more efficiently.
