Index Punch Broach Holder Series

Hassay Savage Co. has introduced a new, precision index punch broach holder series for Swiss-style machining centers. Precision made of 17-4 stainless, this holder will provide strength, rigidity and accuracy for all punch and index broaches with a shank size of 8mm, according to the company.

Koma Precision Inc. introduces new adjustable angle heads from Alberti. The new Linea P High Power angle heads have a new design and improved capacity. TCU-8 and TCU-10 can be adjusted to -105° to +105° with a digital display of the angle.

Alberti Offset Angle Heads

The new series of offset heads Alberti feature a combination of high pressure coolant through the main spindle up to 100 bar with increased rpm and high-speed option. Though ITI Tooling Co. Inc. introduced the Varia Rapid-Change Tooling System some four years ago, the company's product manager—Lee Hebenstreit—says word of this technology has not yet spread throughout the markets it could help. That's why the company produced a 22-second video showing the Varia tool changing system in action.
