Able Machine Tool Sales Inc., Agawam, Mass., is the New England distributor for Dayton, Ohio-based Advanced Industrial Measurement Systems’ (AIMS) Revolution Series coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), according to a recent Able news release. Designed and engineered with Renishaw 5-axis measurement technology, AIMS introduced its new CMM product line in 2015.
"We have a history with AIMS," said Alan Lockery, president of Able Machine Tool Sales, a full service machine tool and metrology sales company. "They were looking for a distributor that fit their business model. We represent CMM technology and we are a Renishaw representative. It was a good match for both companies."
"Customer support is our primary focus," Lockery added. "It’s not just about selling and servicing equipment. Our goal is to be proactive about creating solutions that solve customers’ problems."
