Slip Ring SR120

The Kuebler Group offers contact and contactless slip rings for reliable Ethernet transmission—achieving higher data rates and greater cycle synchronicity in demanding industrial environments.

The standard Slip Ring SR120 features an innovative three-chamber system and shield to enable parallel, interference-free Ethernet transmission up to 100 Mbps. Thanks to the company's contact technology, the series achieves long service life up to 500 million revolutions—reducing maintenance cycles and downtime. It also features a rugged, modular structure that can be expanded up to 20 channels.

The SR120 is suitable for industrial automation, bottling plants, labeling machines, rotary tables and other applications requiring high transmission rates.

The Slip Ring SR160 with integrated Sendix Encoder provides position information in addition to contactless Ethernet transmission—either two channels at 100 Mbps multiplexed or one channel at 1 Gbps. Like the SR120, this system offers parallel transmission of load, signal and data, as well as media flow in air or hydraulic models. It can even transmit video signals. The ability to transmit data separately achieves higher data rates and improves safety and application flexibility in harsh environments.

The SR160 with integrated Sendix Encoder is suited for filling systems, labeling and sealing machines, construction equipment—and more. It features high rotational speeds of 150 rpm, as well as condition monitoring and position, temperature and humidity sensing. Various cable and connector options are available.
