Abtex Corp. adds business development manager

John De LeonDRESDEN, NY – Abtex Corp., a manufacturer of customized, integrated machine/brush deburring solutions for the manufacturing industry, today announced that John De Leon has joined the company as Business Development Manager.  This is a new position created to focus on sustainable company growth through continued outstanding service of existing customers along with expansion into new markets.

De Leon brings to his new role more than 20 years’ experience in highly engineered component and system sales, marketing, and business development. He has served in positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, project management, sales, marketing, business development, and business management for technology, robotics, and manufacturing companies serving customers in the industrial, automotive, aerospace, food and beverage and agriculture industries, along with many others.

De Leon holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University.
