JR Machine, a contract manufacturer of complex machined parts, added two veteran executives to its leadership team to support its growth.

David Verhoff was named executive vice president, and Matt Shambeau joined the company as operations manager.

The company said the new hires come at a time when it is experiencing significant growth fueled by growing demand from customers in space exploration, green energy, and others that rely on precision parts machined from nickel-based superalloys. JR Machine will soon be installing new DMG MORI equipment that expands the part size available to customers from 10 inches in diameter to 18 inches.

“David and Matt are tremendous fits for their new roles, not only because of their unique backgrounds, but also their commitment to putting customers first,” explained Parker Tumanic, President of JR Machine. “They play vital roles in providing our customers with the no-fail, mission-critical parts they require, delivered on-time.”

David Verhoff, Executive Vice President
