The extremely compact machine bed of the travelling column machining centres is a heat-treated, welded steel structure that provides a torsion-resistant and stable base for all components and machining operations. The production of large and heavy workpieces up to 8,000 kg is enabled by a powerful motor spindle with 46 kW spindle power, a torque of up to 170 Nm and a spindle speed of up to 15,000 rpm (18,000 rpm HSK-A63). Both spindle versions are grease-lubricated. The new versions of the previous model support complete machining of very long and heavy workpieces without reclamping.

Known as NUMcad, this drawing software runs directly from the machine's operator panel and also under Windows on any standard PC. Its user interface mimics that of many popular CAD packages and is highly intuitive, making it ideal for people with minimal design experience. NUMcad is suitable for both design origination and design modification.

With Mastercam 2022, you can now define reusable holder assemblies. Create collections of adapters, extensions, and holders, and store them as an assembly. You can save time and avoid errors by creating reusable assemblies of modular components. These assemblies can be stored in a library and used for the creation of full 3D Lathe Tool assemblies.

The highly flexible and efficient high-pressure water jet deburring system enables deburring and cleaning with a water pressure of around 500 bar in one work step. The rotary table integrated in the treatment chamber of the new system with pneumatic connections for automatic workpiece clamping devices is designed for components with a diameter of up to 450 mm and a maximum height of 550 mm. The maximum workpiece weight including the clamping device is 100 kg. These dimensions make it possible to handle, for example, an engine block for a four- cylinder engine or several small parts. The water jet generated in the high- pressure unit with a pressure of up to 500 bar is passed through a four-way nozzle system with automatic nozzle switch.

The system was imagined for customers in industries such as agriculture, mining, locomotive, oil & gas or defense who routinely deal with large parts. Before today, the only way to take advantage of modular fixturing's versatility, accuracy and productivitywas to use a larger number of smaller components.

The HN800-V is uniquely built with the rigidity and accuracy necessary to perform ultra-precise contour machining and boring of components with critical tolerances. The world's first machining center to feature hardened and ground inverted V-shaped slideways, the HN800-V achieves volumetric accuracy of .00005" per foot. The V-shaped slideway system converts the weight of the column unit into restraining force on the sliding unit.

This machining center series can be flexibly configured to completely machine larger-sized structural parts which require maximum surface quality and dimensional accuracy, as well as high production rates and minimal downtime. Users will benefit from the machine's compact layout, available robot or gantry automation, and fully independent Z and X-direction spindles

Made4CNC's first official product, the Safedoor SD100 removes the barriers to the automation of component feeding at machine shops. Safedoor SD100 opens CNC doors that are up to 1 meter wide and weigh 400 kg, at a speed of 500 mm/s. The door opener can connect to any robot and CNC machine make via galvanic insulated digital inputs and outputs.

The Adaptix Soft Jaw uses adjustable fingers and interchangeable tips to grip a wide variety of parts or workpieces during the computer numerical control (CNC) machining process. It was specially engineered to be a one-size-fits-all alternative to standard, single-application aluminum soft jaws.

The G750's unique machine concept includes a horizontal spindle position that permits the longest possible Z-travel path and optimum chip fall. The arrangement of the three linear axes offers maximum stability by minimizing the distance between the guides and the machining point (TCP). The G750's tunnel concept allows the largest possible component to be swiveled and machined within the work area without collision – even with extremely long tools. Three linear and two rotary axes permit 5-sided machining, as well as 5-axis simultaneous interpolation, with a swivel range of 230 degrees in the A-axis and 360 degrees in the B-axis.
