Models within the new turning machine series include the QT-Ez 8, QT-Ez 10 and QT- Ez 12 each offered in 2-axis, M, MY and MSY versions. M versions include milling capability, MY machines feature milling and Y-axis off-centerline capability and MSY machines are a combination of both milling and Y axis capability paired with second turning spindles for complete DONE IN ONE® part processing. For further increased productivity and unmanned operations, the machines seamlessly integrate with bar feeders and robots.

The Turret Milling Machine guarantees rigidity for a lifetime of vibration free accuracy due to the extra fine Meehanite castings. The machine's long term reliability and precision are the result of high quality components and expertly crafted construction.n

On the new TURNPWR, a 12.1" high-resolution display boasts a screen layout that is clearly arranged and user friendly. Preview graphics in the editor illustrate the individual machining steps for programming the contour as well as corresponding tool path generated using only dimensions pulled from a production drawing. It also accepts DXF files.

Available in diameter sizes ranging from 0.562-1.375 in. and 16-42 mm with 2, 3, 4 x Dc, the new drill delivers maximum process reliability with simple and efficient chip removal, two coolant channels and polished flutes. Superior protection against friction is provided by the D3120 hardened and polished surfaces. This combination of surface hardness and improved coolant flow results in reduced wear on the drill surface.

he Gang Type Tooling System aids with high-speed cutting and holds high accuracy during turning of any part. These CNC Lathes are equipped with linear guides for the X and Y axes to provide stable and accurate cutting. As a standard feature, these machines are equipped with a High Precision C-Axis Indexing function.

Unique to the market and made in the USA, the Mini Drill Press and microprocessor-controlled quill feed unit represents a complete re-design to modern technology - featuring a brushless DC motor (no carbon dust) with higher RPM; and with the 708-CNC option, precision program control for peck drilling, and reaming cycles, and deep hole drilling.

Loaded with features, the compact Kurt RV36 Gripper comes standard with integrated electronics featuring sensors that ensure fingers and parts are in place and ready for production. High-strength aluminum alloy keeps gripper weight to a minimum while a hard-coat finish reduces wear and increases life in the field. Smaller gripper size allows easier storage where space is a premium.n

Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac conveyors eject a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles to produce a vacuum on one end with high output flows on the other. Response is instantaneous. The conveying rate is easily controlled using a pressure regulator on the compressed air supply. n
