The leveling foot castors offered as part of the WDS Component Parts Ltd. range of castors and wheels for trolleys and mobile equipment are designed to allow vertical adjustment so that the supported equipment can be leveled. The range also includes light-, medium- and heavy-duty capacity models, so that virtually all requirements can be met from a single source.
The heavy-duty range adds mobility and practicality to large machine tools and other heavy-duty workshop accessories which require accurate, totally level surfaces. The castors allow the machine tool to be positioned accurately after the initial delivery which makes installation far easier. Once in position, a die cast footpad with a vibration damping rubber pad is dropped to the floor, allowing the user to make finite adjustments to the levelling of the machine tool.
The leveling foot castors are available in a number of variants, including standard industrial types and stainless-steel options for hygienic and corrosive environments. For easy operation they can be fitted with foot pedals, stoppers or ratchets. Alternatively, they can be spanner adjustable, a design that discourages tampering and unauthorised resetting.

All WDS leveling foot castors are available in a number of sizes and with a choice of screw or plate mounting. The maximum load the larger sizes can carry is 1000kg.
