Matrix 9000 Mark II Ultrasonic Generator

Omegasonics has introduced a new ultrasonic generator, the Matrix 9000 Mark II, that provides the latest enhancements in electronics. The third generation of this generator series, the Matrix 9000 Mark II eliminates 20 percent of the components on the power board. In doing so, the new generator features a single power board, which eliminates the variant frequencies of two power boards.

The lighter Matrix 9000 Mark II also offers greater stability and improved safety features. It is the same size as its predecessor, the Matrix 9000, but it generates less heat because it runs at a cooler operating temperature – thereby making it even more reliable. However, like the Matrix 9000, it still utilizes a universal input power supply of 100 to 240 volts while delivering constant wattage, and near unity power factor. It also has an enhanced heat sync that contributes to temperature reduction which is great for extending the life of electronics. Additionally, the unit has an optional digital display that shows output power from the generator.

“The Matrix 9000 Mark II accomplishes exactly what we set out to do,” said Frank Pedeflous, president of Omegasonics. “We wanted our new version of the Matrix 9000 generator to preserve the very best features and benefits of the previous generation, while capitalizing on the power board enhancement. The Matrix 9000 Mark II does just that.”
