The new Mini Spiral Mill-Thread cutter line from Carmex Precision Tools Ltd. extends X-treme thread cutting capability to diameters as small as ⁵⁄₈-16 UN and 3/8-18 NPT. Designed with Carmex's Helical Advantage for better performance and improved finish, the Mini Spiral line permits faster cutting action and reduced cycle time with less vibration and chatter.

Compatible toolholders are equipped with internal coolant bore and have a capacity of one to three inserts. Inserts are available in MT7 submicron grade with TiAlN multiple-layer coating for improved performance in hard materials and extended tool live.
