MaxiMill 273 Shell Face Milling Cutter
The MaxiMill 273 combines all the advantages of positive and negative inserts in one cutter that boosts stability and cost-effectiveness while reducing vibration for superior surface finishes. With an approach angle of 44.6o and a maximum feed rate of 2 mm/rev., the MaxiMill 273's high insert thicknesses and strong obtuse corner angles improve stability and contribute to excellent system reliability.
PunchDrill
PunchDrill features patent-pending geometry with an innovative chip breaker which produces short chips to control machining forces. The new drill also has newly developed surface treatments and a hard diamond-like coating specially designed for this application to provide reliable chip removal and increased process reliability. When high-speed PunchDrill is used at the recommended feed and speed, axial force is reduced by half.

The compact stainless steel adjustable bracket can be installed into a customer's process. Operations requiring both hands to package, test or assemble parts now remain static free. HyproJET
Waterjet cutting works as simply as it is effective: the cutting head directs a fine jet of water at high pressure of up to 6,000 bar, a jet diameter of 0.38 to 1.02 millimeters. In this stress-free cutting process, the material particles close to the surface are cut off without any heat being introduced into the material. This process is an optimal solution for temperature-sensitive and thick materials with complex geometries.

The digital service is built as a progressive web application for easy access via web browser on a PC, tablet, or smartphone. It can also be combined with other services such as 8760 support, preventive maintenance, and software maintenance agreements for optimized solutions throughout the entire life cycle. myFastems is available for all current Fastems automation systems from January 2023 and will be pre-installed for new systems in the future.
Quick Action Sliding Locks
The sliding locks are particularly ideal for clamping in tight areas with non-swiveling handles. The body is made from nickel-plated 1045 steel. The handle is made from nickel-plated 4140 alloy steel, quenched and tempered. The push bar is made from 1045 steel.

Modular Reference Frame
The height of the frame is based on the size of the part. The components present in the set permit a maximum set-up height of 300 millimetres. With add-on sets, the frame height can be extended in increments of 100 or 200. The part to be measured is held within the frame by hinged brackets.
