uniLoad Loading System
uniLoad is offered on the basis of a linear portal cell with two parallel grippers and is suitable for shaft components up to a length of 350 mm and a diameter of max. 100 mm. It thus covers a large proportion of the component ranges produced on these machines. The parts are supplied via a standardized, adjustable V-belt. The housing for the base module, which is provided with a loading hatch as standard, has been adapted to suit the machine design and enables safe and clean operation of the system.
S36 Grinding Machine
The S36 has a fixed grinding head, with grinding wheel angles of 0, 15 or 30 degrees available. The distance between centers is 650mm and the maximum workpiece weight is 150kg. Proven components have been used in the machine. These include a Granitan® machine bed and a workhead with high-precision roller bearings.
AH3225 Grade Inserts
DoTriple-Mill and DoQuad-Mill face milling cutters now offer AH3225 grade inserts with Tungaloy's latest coating technology. The nano-multilayer structure, strong coating-substrate adherence, and super-hard coating surface, engineered, the coating provide the grade with superior wear and fracture resistance. Combined with dedicated tough carbide substrate with superior thermal shock resistance, AH3225 prevents thermal cracks on the cutting edge from developing to catastrophic failure, while ensuring reliability and exceptionally long tool life in all steel machining operations.
TBTA-3A-6 Deep-Hole Drilling Machine
The TBTA-3A-6 has 6 inches (152 mm) of BTA drilling capacity and 48 inches (1,219 mm) of drilling depth. The work table moves horizontally back and forth to provide the X-axis travel, and the drill slide moves vertically on a column to provide Y-axis travel. The spindle motor is available with up to 75 HP. The high-pressure coolant system is rated at 200 gallons/minute of coolant flow and 1,500 psi of coolant pressure.

MTS 4.0
In contrast to conventional zero-point tooling systems, monitoring sensors were specifically designed for the MTS 4.0. Each of the four chucks in the MTS 4.0 base plate are equipped with a sensor to check the presence of the workpiece holder and to monitor the actuating piston. There is also a force sensor to measure the clamping power. Similar to previous MTS versions, the chuck is operated with compressed air for opening, re-clamping and cleaning functions.
