You Ji VMT Series Vertical Mill/Turn Center
The vertical column and base are made from heavily ribbed Meehanite castings that minimize thermal distortion and dampen vibration. Smooth operation is virtually guaranteed complements of enclosed X-, Y- and Z-axis box guideways featuring hand-scraped mating surfaces, Turcite-B coatings and forced lubrication.
3DViewStation V2022
With KISTERS 3DViewStation, the staging of complex processes and products is very successful, as they can be quickly visualized in new perspectives, combinations or environments. Renderings are amazingly similar to conventional product photography and are more cost-effective in the medium term. Once CAD data from the design department is available, it can be used in further iterative processes in the future in a cost-saving manner.n
HALCON 22.05
By detecting logical anomalies in images, HALCON 22.05 opens up completely new application areas and represents a further development of the deep learning technology of anomaly detection. Until now, it has only been possible to detect structural anomalies strictly on a local level. The new Global Context Anomaly Detection feature is currently the only technology that can "understand" the logical content of the entire image.
ANCA’s video academy gets new host
The ANCA Academy, the series of videos from ANCA that cover a different technical topic each month, has a new host. The third video in the series is called "Introduction to ANCA Software Applications," and introduces Hugh Ingham to the series.
TungThread BX330 CBN Inserts
Turning threads on hardened parts can be a challenge when using coated cemented carbide inserts: the cutting edge rapidly wears out before finishing the entire thread profiles, inhibiting greater feed rates and D.O.Cs. to be applied for increased productivity. Of all Tungaloy CBN grades, BX330 provides the cutting edge with the most balanced combination of wear and fracture resistance, making the grade suitable for withstanding continuous and heavy cutting loads inherent in the thread turning method for hardened parts.
Cermet WEP10C Turning Insert
These indexable turning inserts are designed for applications where a soft cut and high precision is required. Long tool life is achieved through the WEP10C coated cermet grade with multilayer PVD TiCN TiAlN coating and extra fine cermet substrate grain. Walter's combination of edge preparation and grade also ensures dimensional stability. Primary applications include energy, automotive, and general metalworking.
Cut Level 3 and 5 Protective Sleeves
These sleeves are designed to provide users with a comfortable fit and all-day protection. The secure tapered fit and silicone printed bicep band prevent sliding, reduce sagging, and limit material bunching and an elastic thumb loop keeps the sleeve in place when putting on gloves. To help users stay cool and protected while working in hot conditions, they have a moisture-wicking fabric that dries fast and are UPF50+ rated. The protective arm sleeves are constructed of a comfortable 4-way stretch material that does not restrict movement and allows a greater range of motion.
3+3 Air Chuck
Ideal to handle the harsh demands of the Oil and Gas industry, BB-FZA2G allows for quick and easy setup of odd shaped pipe for threading and re-threading. Thanks to incorporating three jaws with axial adjustment of the centering position while also using three compensating jaws with extra long rapid and clamping stroke of 1.5", there is no need to re-shim the part. This enhances operator safety and greatly increases overall productivity.

CNC Carbide Cold Saws
Its heavy-duty construction, combined with the CNC control, means greater rigidity with reduced vibration at higher cutting rates. The Carbide Cold Saws stand out for their exceptional accuracy, superior surface finish and increased blade life.
Sanicro 625 Bar
The bar material, which has an ASTM classification of Grade 1, is provided in the soft annealed and quenched condition in 3 to 7-meter lengths (9.84 feet – 22.96 feet) with an outer diameter of 3 to 9 inches (76.2 to 228.6 mm). OD tolerances are +/-0.8, according to ASTM B637.
