Jaw Forming Rings
Chuck-diameter-specific versions, and adjustable boring rings are available from 6-18-inches in diameter. Both styles feature no-tools attachment. Dillon jaw forming rings are a high-quality product which will ensure years of quick, stress-free set-ups when paired with Dillon jaws.
TC630 Supreme
Walter expanded the TC630 Supreme product range to include UNJC4 to UNJC9/16, UNJF4 to UNJF9/16 and MJ3 to MJ10 thread sizes. Optional internal coolant is available for thread sizes starting from MJ4, UNJF8 and UNJC8 to provide effective chip removal on deep threads.
Astorino
At the core of Astorino is a 1kg payload, 6-axis robot with a structure and programming environment nearly identical to that of a Kawasaki industrial robot. Weighing only 12 kg and powered by a 110V outlet, the robot is adoptable to any classroom environment. The Astorino platform includes a built-in control system; dedicated firmware and software; Modbus TCP and USB/Ethernet communication, and safety functions such as E-Stop and safety brakes.
MILL P 800 U S
The MILL P 800 U S features a torque-motor driven rotary/tilt trunnion-style table that contributes to the machine's continuous full 5-axis simultaneous movement for smooth part surface contouring. The high-performance, high dynamic torque motor drives eliminate backlash (pitch and reverse errors), friction, wear and heat generation. This equates to increased rigidity, longer lasting accuracy and less maintenance, unlike worm or G-driven type tables that often require significant amounts of maintenance because of their inherent mechanical play.
AJ Type Inserts
The new Neutral AJ Type inserts for non-ferrous metals join this lineup. Like their right-hand counterparts, these new inserts feature ground peripheral surface and polished rake face with a mirror-like finish for sharp cutting edges. This prevents the built-up edges to the cutting edge during machining, and achieving a high-quality, glossy finish. The large rake angle and deep inclination ensure excellent chip control with both right-hand and left-hand cutter bodies.

Available with or without a keyway, Stafford Weldable Flange Collars are ideal for attaching gears, pulleys, sprockets, and other devices. They come in sizes ranging from 3/8" I.D. to 3" I.D. and specials can be made in other sizes and from weldable 316 stainless steel. Other custom modifica-tions can include threaded bores, slots, grooves, and more.
