TiNox-Cut End Mills

TiNox-Cut End Mills are made from premium ultra-fine micro grain solid carbide with a maximized transverse rupture strength for high impact applications, and produce impressive results compared to conventional end mills. Advanced PVD-applied multi-layered coatings withstand excessive heat and provide superb wear resistance for longer tool life, and tool geometry is designed to produce minimal vibration when machining tough materials.

Alumigator ASR-5 End Mill

This revolutionary new end mill boasts an unequal indexing configuration that reduces chatter for the optimized high efficiency milling of Aluminum Alloys. Designed and engineered from the Alumigator family of high performance aluminum mills, the 5 flute configuration with polished flutes can achieve metal removal rates in excess off 100 cubic inches per minute. Staggered roughing serrations and proprietary gashing geometry ensure small chip size to enable more aggressive feed rates and depths of cut. 

Supercut Roughers

The innovative roughing geometry results in smaller chips and low cutting forces, and a reinforced corner chamfer promotes additional strength for longer tool life. Designed for semi-finish profile and center cutting, the multi-flute design is constructed of ultra-fine carbide grade CR3 for high cutting edge stability and wear resistance. The tools also feature a new generation of PVD coating for High Performance Cutting (HPC) applications.

M213 STREAKERS

M213 STREAKERS feature three extremely large flute cavities, uniquely designed end face and gashing, and 37-degree helixes to achieve deep cuts and high feed rates. IMCO’s special end face and flute grinds combine to create a free cutting action allowing aggressive plunging and ramping moves

XSYTIN-360 Solid Ceramic End Mills

XSYTIN®-360 end mills have shown the highest material removal rates and resulted in increased productivity on a wide range of materials. These end mills have proven to be extremely effective when machining a variety of different materials including high-temperature alloys, 3D-printed sintered high-temperature alloys, hardened steels, ductile cast irons, and compacted graphite iron (CGI). In hardened steels specifically, the tool life of XSYTIN®-360 end mills has proven to be equal to high-performance carbide end mills when run at high-end speeds (11,460 RPM), while also removing over 73 cubic inches (over 1200 cubic cm) of material.
