No. 934 is an 850° F (454° C), cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for heat treating at a customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 38” W x 20” D x 26” H, and 10 KW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 600-cfm, 1/2-hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.

No. 1021 is a 1250º F high-temperature belt conveyor oven from Grieve, currently used for drying steel nesh (sieve) materials at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 21” W x 38” D x 3” H, and 40 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 1600-cfm, 1.5-hp recirculating blower provides vertical downward airflow to the workload.

No. 1017 is a 1,000º F high-temperature bench oven from Grieve used for various heat processings at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 22” W x 22” D x 13” H, and 3kW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a recirculating blower provides airflow to the workload.

Lucifer Furnaces supplied a forced-air recirculating oven to a manufacturer of medical and aerospace parts. Model 42-M36 will be used to heat treat 17-4 stainless steel.

No. 797 is a 260º F (127º C), electrically heated, Class 100 clean room cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for drying coatings onto printed circuit boards at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 36” W x 36” D x 39” H.

Lucifer Furnaces’ delivered a dual-chamber, fiber-lined furnace to a leading manufacturer of punches and dies in North America. The upper chamber of this customized Model LI84-M24 heats to 2,200° F and the lower draw chamber to 1,600° F with 23 KW power.

Lucifer Furnaces has delivered a general-purpose box furnace to a manufacturer of precision metal stampings. Model HL7-M24 has chamber dimensions of 12”H x 18”W x 24”D and heats to 2,300° F.
