ECM 2400 Encoder 

The ECM 2400 encoders are available with EnDat 2.2 interface. In conjunction with a safe control, they can be used as single-encoder systems in applications with control category SIL 2 (as per EN 61508) and with Performance Level “d” (as per EN ISO 13849). The fault exclusion that is implemented in its design has been tested and is ensured under the specified operating conditions.

Carbide Grade Selection Chart

The 22.25” x 25.75” chart provides technical information on each of the grades such as grain structure, hardness, cobalt content, etc. as well as the materials applications they are best suited for. Additionally, each grade is associated with appropriate industries – Automotive, Defense, Energy, Wear & Die.

Phantom TMX High-Speed Cameras

The TMX Series consists of two models: the TMX 7510 and TMX 6410. The TMX 7510 reaches 76,000 frames per second (fps) at full 1-megapixel (mpx) resolution (1280 x 800). It also achieves over 300,000 fps at 1280 x 192 and over 770,000 fps at reduced resolutions. With the export-controlled FAST option, the TMX 7510 can hit a blistering 1.75 million fps with a 95-nanosecond (ns) minimum exposure time, eliminating motion blur and enabling precise motion analysis.

Low Profile Vigilant LED High Output High Bay

Built to Dialight’s iconic performance and reliability standards, the Low Profile High Output High Bay also carries the company’s industry-leading 10-year warranty, an L-70 rating greater than 150,000 hours and DLC Premium 5.1 on most models. At up to 155 lumens per watt, the new fixture provides a more efficient and cost effective alternative to legacy lighting technology such as 1000 watt HID fixtures. The High Bay is also designed for optimum thermal management and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°F to +149°F (-40°C to +65°C)..

INTEGREX i-200H ST Multi-Tasking Machine

The machines within the i-H Series sport new, ergonomic enclosures with compact footprints that require less floor space. In addition, Mazak equipped the machines with faster and more powerful turning spindles, space-saving milling spindles and a new parallel-type lower turret with optional live tooling capabilities. The company also expanded tool capacities for lower turrets and for tool storage magazines along with offering a wider range of chuck size options.

INTEGREX i-630V AG HYBRID Multi-Tasking Machine

Designed for heavy-duty 5-axis machining and large, highly complex parts, the INTEGREX i-630V AG employs a powerful turning spindle with C-axis control and a rigid milling spindle with B-axis tilt of -30/+120 degrees, both of which are monitored via rotary axis scale feedback. During the All Axes LIVE event demonstration, the machine power skived a 35” diameter gear made from 4140 steel.

6DOF Hexapod Motion Systems

With the addition of more standard, vacuum compatible hexapods, the load range of 5 to 80kg is covered; custom models for loads up to 1 ton have been designed as well. The hexapods provide very high resolution and repeatability to 0.1µm and 2 µrad, respectively. The vacuum series was designed from the ground up for vacuum compatibility, with each component qualified to work under the specified conditions. Everything, from the base materials, nuts and bolts, encoders, cables, limit switches, was selected for optimal performance.

VFD and Digital Single-Phase Converters

Availability of these proven, digital solutions enhances SPPS’ capabilities to engineer custom designs based on application-specific parameters to deliver clean, stable, reliable three-phase power from single phase utility service.  In many areas of the country, it is prohibitively expensive to extend three-phase power, forcing customers to choose among problematic options such as static or rotary phase converters, or derating three-phase VFDs, which can produce harmful harmonics that can damage sensitive electronics. 

GN 827 Steel Adjusting Screw

Depending on the application, the stainless steel adjusting screws are available in a variety of thread diameters and lengths and can be optimally fastened to the production machine in combination with bearing blocks GN 828 from Winco. Once the optimal setting has been found, the adjusting screw can be locked in place with a stainless steel knurled nut GN 827.1 designed specifically for this purpose. The bearing blocks are made of matte, smoothly polished aluminum which can be mounted from above or from the front.
