Machining Center/Horizontal

G350 Universal Machining Center

The GROB Systems G350 Universal Machining Center delivers high productivity, optimum availability, and excellent maintenance access. What’s more, it features a unique machine concept; three linear and two rotary axes permit 5-axis simultaneous machining and simultaneous interpolation. The machine's unique axis arrangement permits upside down machining, offering almost limitless possibilities for part machining. Meanwhile, the horizontal spindle position permits the longest possible Z-travel path and optimum chip fall.

M20 Millturn

The M20 MILLTURN has a one piece, straight-lined appearance, with a modern, functional design. The continuous front made from hardened glass features an integrated display of performance data as well a sliding window to the tool magazine. The machine's fresh appearance is further supported by its new colouring. Optimum ergonomics as well as convenient, user-friendly operation round off the unique design.

G550 5-Axis Universal Machining Center

The G550’s unique machine concept includes a horizontal spindle position that permits the longest possible Z-travel path and optimum chip fall. The arrangement of the three linear axes offers maximum stability by minimizing the distance between the guides and the machining point (TCP). The G550’s tunnel concept allows the largest possible component to be swiveled and machined within the work area without collision – even with extremely long tools.

HCN-6800 NEO Next-Generation Horizontal Machining Center

The HCN-6800 NEO received numerous upgrades that take the previous generation’s performance to a new level of efficiency and ease-of-use. The standard spindle, table, and magazine have all received significant improvements, including an upgraded, new standard 43-tool drum-type magazine that reduces tool exchange times. A redesigned ATC door is now servo-driven and faster; the new design will now also accommodate a longer tool. Likewise, for ease of maintenance, the machine incorporates hydraulic/motorized pallet changer mechanisms and an easier-to-access maintenance panel.

BA W06 Enhanced

The new version of the machine offers a more flexible and therefore more precise machining process. The BA W06 features variable spindle distance of 590.00 mm – 651.00 mm. Travel in the Y- and Z- axes 630 mm and 510 mm, respectively. The independent Z-axis enables machining coupled with compensation value. Fine adjustment of the spindle height is possible in the Y-axis with position correction. Straightness has been improved in the Z-axis due to increased guide ratio. There is also now higher positioning accuracy (Tp = 0.006 mm) in the in the X-, Y-, and Z-axes (verified by ISO 230-2) available.

DHF 8000ST Five-Axis Machining Center

The nodding head spindle and direct-drive B-axis rotary table allow the DHF 8000ST to handle a complete range of machining and turning processes from roughing to finishing in a single setup. This ability to attack parts from all sides provides increased parts accuracy. In addition, the configuration makes quick work of multi-face workpieces and the 5-axis simultaneous machining of complex shapes.
