S1 Post Processing System

The new machine design allows the easy switch from automatic to manual operation without time consuming re-tooling. This can be highly advantageous for processing of somewhat larger single components. All the operator has to do is to unlock the rotary basket and move it to the rear of the blast cabinet. This provides work space for the manual handling and blasting of somewhat larger components. The clever design ensures that the operator is not exposed to any moving parts so that no additional safety features are necessary.

InfiPoints Point-Cloud Utilization Software

Elysium has developed technology to complement any missing information in point-cloud data with InfiPoints’ advanced processing capabilities—such as feature extraction of pipes and planar surfaces and automatic registration. This functionality allows users to accurately combine and perform registration between UAV/MMS-scanned point clouds and point-cloud data captured from tripod 3D laser scanners. The results are that the scope of efficient modeling using InfiPoints has broadened significantly from past standards.

JETCAM Orders Controller (JOC) 3.57

JOC (PA) now fully automates CAD import, whereby a folder can be monitored for a CSV file containing details of DXF files to process, material, thickness, quantity required and machine to nest for. An existing system such as CAD, MES or MRP could generate a CSV file that would be  immediately imported, tooled for multiple machines, nested, with NC code being available  within minutes and all completely without any user intervention.

FixtureBuilder 8.0

The software allows users to design metrology fixturing set-ups without having to use co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other inspection devices. This reduces the amount of set-up time and increases productivity. It can be used with a CAD model of the part, which is imported into FixtureBuilder. The entire fixturing set-up, along with the part, can then be exported into inspection programming software.
