Tungaloy introduces an indexable thread milling solution for tapered pipe threads to its ThreadMilling series. The indexable thread milling system of ThreadMilling allows various types of threading insert(s) to be fitted on a single cutter body, making the operations extremely economical.

Featuring multiple straight flutes designed for machining longer threads in small to large diameters, Carmex Precision Tools Slim MT inserts and toolholders deliver high productivity for a lower price. Constructed of an advanced carbide and coating combination for extended tool life, most of the inserts are double sided.

To prevent threading chips from ruining critical parts in the final phases of production, the advanced coating and tool geometry of the new TTP2050 threading insert grade from Seco Tools combine to provide efficient, secure, stable performance, along with effective chip control.

Emuge Corp. has introduced advanced Threads-all ZGF-S-Cut solid-carbide thread mills featuring multiple teeth, a helical flute form and multiple-layer TiAlN T46 coating. The new ZGF-S-Cut thread mills increase tool life over 10 times more than conventional tools and produce precise threads in exotic materials including Inconels, nickel-based superalloys, monel, titanium, 420 stainless steel and more.
