The K2D-KeyToData GmbH (K2D) now offers free test trials of the quality management software InspectionXpert. The trial version will open all available file formats, is fully functional and runs without restrictions for 15 days.
As the CEO of K2D-KeyToData GmbH, Jochen Layer, emphasizes, drawings and models can be ballooned digitally with just one click and create professional and complete inspection reports. "Just let inspection characteristics be recorded automatically and export them at once to inspection report templates! This means that routine work for Inspectors or the employees involved belong to the past”.
According to Layer, the so called "accurate inspection documents" can be created in an absolutely simple way. This increase in efficiency creates free time to focus on other tasks.
Many customers of K2D-KeyToData confirmed, that InspectionXpert can easily save time up from 50 to 90 percent: “The reason is, that InspectionXpert completely avoids transmission errors by eliminating manual activities,” says Layer.
This also applies to the problem-free processing of PDF or TIF drawings: "Even self-scanned documents are no problem at all. InspectionXpert easily delivers automatically ballooned drawings. The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) can be used to capture setpoints and associated tolerance values in a simple manner," emphasizes Layer.
A CAD license for other file formats is not necessary, as these are directly supported by InspectionXpert. "These include AutoCAD DWG 2D, CATIA V5 / V6 2D + 3D, Creo / Pro / Engineer 2D + 3D, Siemens NX 2D and more.
InspectionXpert can also be easily combined with many other software solutions: "It does not matter if Verisurf, Net-Inspect, QDM Quality Management System, CEBOS MQ1 or other Tools are being used. No problem for InspectionXpert," says Layer.
