OSG USA Inc., St. Charles, Illinois, announces the expansion of the A Brand A-Tap series with the addition of the A-NPTF pipe taps. The 16571 and 16581 advanced performance pipe taps are suitable for a variety of materials.
The pipe tap series features:
- interrupted threads to reduce cutting torque,
- variable lead flute geometry to accelerate chip evacuation,
- enhanced cutting geometry to eliminate galling,
- and V-coating for exceptional wear resistance.
