New ON-SIZE bushings from Carr Lane Mfg. Co. are suitable for fixtures used at high-temperatures up to 750° F (400° C), such as in autoclave curing. These precision bushings are used with bullet-nose dowels to align two pieces of a fixture.

Made of Invar, a 36 percent nickel-iron alloy that has an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, ON-SIZE are particularly useful in aerospace and other applications where minimum thermal expansion and high dimensional stability are required. Available with or without head, ON-SIZE bushings come in four sizes each of inch or metric sizes.
