Command Intelligent Software

The air filtration industry just got smarter thanks to the introduction of IVEC Command intelligent software, a comprehensive air quality monitoring and troubleshooting program. IVEC Command allows for offsite monitoring and control of air filtration systems from any geographic location.

This ultimate analytics tool provides centralized, remote monitoring of multiple systems over various geographic locations, providing easily accessible and verifiable data regarding filtration performance and airflow data. IVEC Command can evaluate the service life of various components, as well as predict system failures. If a problem occurs, the self-diagnosing software not only sends an automated notification, but it can also quickly locate the root of the problem and provide recommendations for taking corrective action. Additionally, it has the ability to verify ROI, energy savings and consumption and can even store manuals, how-to videos, drawings, replacement part lists and facilitate quick ordering of those parts. Most notably, all of this data can be remotely gathered and accessed from one centralized location, providing added convenience, lowering costs and saving time.

“The new IVEC Command intelligent software is about so much more than simply monitoring equipment performance,” said Kevin Rohde, president and COO of IVEC Systems. “It serves as a valuable tool in any effective predictive maintenance program, allowing plants to schedule maintenance during naturally occurring downtimes. It pinpoints specific problems in order to facilitate troubleshooting. And it verifies energy performance which is critical for companies working with government entities or large manufacturers that require suppliers to minimize their carbon footprints. It is the ideal addition to increase the intelligence of any air filtration system.”

For systems operated in high-security facilities, the IVEC Command software integrates security features such as two-factor authentication and regular security audits on the hardware. This feature is especially valuable for companies supplying products and services to the Department of Defense and other government entities.

Originally created for use with any IVEC system (including the GVSC, IVEC Ultra and Steward), IVEC Command has been adapted to work with any air filtration system, regardless of who originally manufactured or installed it. The intelligent software is compatible for use on new and retrofitted systems. Service contracts can be created when using IVEC Command, effectively outsourcing maintenance of the air filtration equipment to IVEC, thus saving in-house labor costs and manpower.
