BUYMAGNETS.com has announced the immediate availability of three new countersunk disk magnets and assemblies. The disc magnets are manufactured with Neodymium grade 42, and offer users significantly higher magnet strength than available in conventional countersunk magnets.
In disk form, the new magnets offer holding forces as great as 20.5 lb. (9.3 kg). Two new zinc-plated countersunk assemblies offer holding forces as great as 70 lb. and 350 lb. (31.75 kg and 158.76 kg)
"Countersunk magnets available from BUYMAGNETS.com can be used in many ways," says Alicia Wieder, General Manager--Magnet Materials. "For example, countersunk magnet disks and assemblies are often used in matched pairs, which attract, or singularly to hold steel doors, tools, or parts being machined."
