Helitronic Mini Plus
The basis for the extraordinary flexibility of the HELITRONIC MINI PLUS is the unique WALTER gantry design. The economical production of common and complex geometries of tools with a diameter range of 1mm - 16mm (0.04" - 0.63") in one clamping is guaranteed by the powerful HSK belt spindle with two spindle ends for up to six grinding wheels. DrillMeister Drill Sleeves
DrillMeister drill sleeves are available in 16, 25, and 32 millimeters in diameters for metric sizes and 3/4 inches and one inch for imperial sizes that fit the drill holders of the same sizes equipped in Swiss lathes. All drill sleeves have a threaded connecting port on the sleeve end for easy coolant hose connection.
DMH Drill Head Line
The DMH drill head features a fracture resistant design that is suitable for applications that involve drilling holes through thin-walled sections of workpieces. In normal circumstances, thin walls tend to spring back on the drill after the drill pierces through and exits the hole. In the process, uncut material shifts and forms exit burrs that impose extra burdens on the drill edge. These problems inflict damage on drill corners, shortening tool life. The DMH drill head's geometry protects drill corners from fracture damage, providing extended tool life and reduced downtime.
Blaser tests every chip in detail with unique test strategy
The research and development team at Blaser Swisslube, a Swiss expert in metalworking fluids, set about planning and implementing an idea to capture a machining process, chip formation and the behavior of the metalworking fluid more precisely than ever before through photos and videos. The idea came about as part of a joint project with the renowned ETH Zurich.
ISO N Grade WXN15
These WXN15 grade coated inserts are all introduced with a highly positive shaped geometry, which is particularly effective in machining ISO N materials. When used in advanced cutter bodies like the new Xtra·tec® XT M5468 button insert milling cutter, with G88 geometry, this also increases productivity when performing machining operations on deep shoulders with excellent chip removal.

Vomat developed a new air conditioning unit that converts excess energy from production and peripheral machines, such as grinding machines, oil extraction systems and machine pumps, and can then use it to heat or cool the production hall.

V.0071-gr and V.0141-gr Green Laser Marking Systems
A significant increase in marking speed and marking quality on previously insufficiently markable materials are the main benefits of FOBA's green laser. Affected materials include special plastics like UHMWPE, HDPE or PMMA for which additives might no longer be necessary, as well as glass or shiny substrates. Compared to other laser types like UV or fiber, the green laser shows better marking results while achieving superior marking speeds.
