Small TungForce-Rec04
The small size-04 inserts also allow TungForce-Rec04 to have a higher teeth density than conventional shoulder cutters of the same size, boasting two teeth for an 8 mm diameter cutter and three for a 10 mm. This allows TungForce-Rec04 to run higher feed speed than competitors when being fed at the same rate per tooth, enabling increased productivity.
EL7062 Dual-Channel EtherCAT Terminal
In an extremely compact form factor, the 24-mm-wide EL7062 EtherCAT Terminal contains two stepper motor output stages, two digital inputs for limit switches and one encoder interface per channel for a wide range of 5 V encoders. Via parameterization, the EL7062 flexibly adapts to the connected stepper motor and its corresponding application requirements. With regard to the input encoder signal, the module supports the entire spectrum of TTL encoders (5 V differential, single-ended/open collector). Very high-resolution microstepping ensures extremely smooth and precise motor operation.
Carbide Insert Grade G-9610
Utilizing an innovative PVD coating combined with a proprietary sub-micron substrate, G-9610 provides added productivity for turning titanium-based alloys. The smooth and lubricious coating is wear-resistant and chemically-stable, which helps to protect the heat-resistant substrate and allows for higher speeds and extended tool life in continuous cuts.
EM-30 Series
The EM-30 product series (153 Ball BGA, 100 ball BGA option available) complies with e.MMC-5.1 specifications and is fully downward compatible. With sequential data rates of up to 300 MB/s for read and 230 MB/s for write as well as 40 and 42 k IOPS for read and write random access, EM-30 delivers the performance of SATA SSDs, but with significantly smaller size requirements and costs.
